Default Food trucks/trailers

With the pandemic, my food truck plans and routine have been tossed out the window for now. I usually park in public places at food truck "hot spots" or taprooms/breweries, and some business parks. Nothing routine week to week.now with covid I've had to change on a dime. Curious how many of you run a regular schedule, or park at the same place every day, or are more random like I do/have done. Not entirely sure how to setup a poll

Are breweries in your area still open for people to come fill growlers etc.? If so give it a try. Our area breweries are doing this and we were already scheduled to be at the breweries this past Saturday and decided to give it a try and did fairly decent for no longer than we were there.

Breweries are still open in my area for filling growlers, but I have not seen anyone park there to serve food like there would be if it was open for normal hours. I would say that if you had a brewery in a high traffic area, and you had a good social media following to get the word out, that it would be a good mover

We aren't a food truck but we share a space with a brewery and they are still offering crowlers to go. Do you have point of sale that offers online or future ordering? We aren't taking walk-up orders but we still get a lot of call-in and online orders. Do you offer pre-orders? Take them in advance to pick up at a set date and time?

I meant in general terms of operating and biz models. A few are allowing trucks to come out still, while they do take home orders. I’m looking at how I may adapt what I’m doing in the future. Right now it’s somewhat cutthroat, get parked by 730a or lose out on lunch sales and other things. Looking to see what works well in other areas.
