Hi everyone.
Wanted to come in here and introduce myself. Been grilling and smoking for 30 years and finally it occurred to me there might be a bbq forum.

I've won a couple competitions over the years running offsets and verticals. Tourist cuts...Butts and baby backs. In the winter I like to rotate in salmon or corned beef.

Nuff said.

Don't feel shy to ask questions. That's the best way to learn.

Welcome, Matty. We are practically neighbors as I live right where John's Creek, Alpharetta and Roswell meet, near Newtown Park. We'll have to send smoke signals to each other. You have definitely found the best and friendliest BBQ site anywhere, so get the smoke rolling and let's see some cooks!
 
Ron - What a small world. I was just over that way a few minutes ago. We have another thing in common too. I take pictures like that with cardboard celebs too, whenever I see them..
