Did you know there is a BBQ Across America Throwdown going on? You know you want to enter... DO IT!

Being from the Chicago area, we sure do love our rib tips! Hecky's BBQ in Evanston is one of my favorites for tips. On the forum here you'll always see sauce or no sauce? Well, for true Chicago Rib Tips... Sauce ALWAYS!

Didn't have any stashed away in the freezer and could only find some that were already cut up, but that's OK. Franken rub for this batch, finished off some Porkmafia Memphis Mud and Oakridge Santa Maria. Into the FEC...

DONE! Slather them babies in a couple coats of sauce! In this case Yes Dear Competition sauce.

I buy stainless racks and run them through the dishwasher.

This is one of the newer ones. Just throw in the dishwasher. I buy the cheap ones, I think the last few batch were from Webstaurantstore. The older ones are starting to look kind of gnarly.

How well do the stainless one's hold out. I get the cheap chrome plated ones.
