Parsley?.......We Don't Need No Stinking Parsley!!!

Maybe instead of a Parsley Resistance we should call it a "Parsley Ceasefire".

If we all weren't shady as fark and honest with each other we could hold a "parsley ceasefire" but even my close BBQ competition buddies I wouldn't trust. We could all sit down and say "no greens" and they would all turn in the greatest green boxes ever.
 
One other comment about parsley that is a negative - if you put meat onto your parsley bed too hot you can get parsley flavor transference. I've experienced this - I've picked off ALL the parsley, but still get a strong parsley flavor. And YES, I did take a bite off the other side after examining the meat for ANY parsley remnents and still got the parsley flavor.

Can we at least wait until summer hits..right now its that time of year when you get those giant broccoli heads that fill a box quickly..I'm with you though when all you can find is that wilted crap.
