Wanted some wings for the NFL playoff games on Sunday and I hadn't cooked any chicken on the new Weekender yet so on they went at 275 with a chunk of apple wood for smoke:
flipped midway in the cook and raised the temp to about 325 for better crisping and was pretty happy with the way they looked (and tasted :grin at the finish:
