Absolutely Never Again

Target around here carries Hormel "Always Tender" St. Louis Spares. I bought some during a sale and they were very enhanced, and most likely frozen and thawed once if not twice before being put out for sale.

I dubbed them Hormel "Always Terrible" and never bought again. Costco in my area carries Swift ribs and they aren't bad, and come with the membrane already removed.

Up until this year my Costco always carried smithfield ribs, and they were terrible. I stopped buying ribs there because they always stunk and tasted awful. This year they started carrying Swift so I gave them a shot and they turned out great.
