Meadow Creek PR 36
Just got the Meadow Creek PR36, any advice on using the cooker on long smoke set ups. Having issues keeping temps.

While i never used that model i did just use the 60" this weekend. Dumped 4 bags of KBB in it, dumped 1/3 bottle of lighter fluid over the top lit. Waited for coals to lite a fair amount and then assembled. Waited for 250-275 put pig on adjusted vents. Held 260ish for the 11hr cook no issue. Very minimal adjusting of vents.
