Default Some Bargain Grass Fed Ribeye

I found a 14lb grass fed whole boneless ribeye on sale for $4.98/lb last week. I broke it down into a decent sized prime rib roast and 8 fatass steaks... this particular roast has better marbling that I am used to seeing on grass fed beef in my area...

You have me thinking about moving to NC, or at least coming to dinner.

Wow! That whole deal was less than I paid for the last 5 bone prime rib I bought. Nice score and very pretty indeed.
