I will confess, I don't have the patience to do COTC on the grill. I just microwave it for 3 minutes. I guess the corn I have always had, has had enough flavor I don't need to add anymore.
I dont know how many on here, I think It was about 50 or so. Just soaked em in a cooler of water for a few hours. Then tossed em on the cooker about 2 hours or so on the hotside and rotated frequently. they all turned out great.

You aint lying.. We do ours at home that way almost every time.. Still not same as it is from a mexican street vendor. I guess it is the thrill of risking your life crossing the border for some cabrito and mexican corn lol..
