Default I'm Jerry from Minnesota!

Good evening! I'm Jerry and I'm from Minnesota. I've been smoking for a couple of years now starting out on a Weber kettle with a Smokenator, then quickly moving to the Slow N' Sear, then a while later purchasing a Camp Chef pellet to do those overnight cooks which really became my primary smoker. I mostly do pork and beef with some chicken and would like to soon try fish.

I'm hoping to be in the market for a Shirley Fabrication smoker sometime in mid-December and keeping my eye open for something used but if nothing comes up, I'll soon be the proud owner of a brand new 24x36 (after the weeks long wait). This will be my first time with a stick burner!

Sorry, no pics right now but I have three racks of St. Louis going on tomorrow so I can snap a pic then!
