Default First UDS

My first attempt at a UDS. So far, I have smoked ribs, chicken, and turkey. Works great. Have to give credit to sneakeey1 on YouTube for the design.

Plan on smoking a Boston butt on the UDS in a couple of weeks. First attempt. Any good recipes or ideas would be appreciated.

Open the cryo pac rinse your butt under cold water pat dry. Shake on some salt and drop it in the UDS at 300 over hickory when the bone wiggles likes a first graders baby tooth it's done.
