My vending lunch menu consists of Pulled pork sammies andpulled pork nachos,Pulled beef sammies, Beer Brats and maybe wings. If anyone has anyother interesting items you think would do well let me know. I am looking at hawg wings and chicken loly pops also.
 
In Call, you usually need some type of chicken.

I may do pulled chicken sammies and then half chichen dinners at night. Chips ,beans potato and mac salads,coleslaw for now. Variose sodas water and I will have draft rootbeer and cream soda also.
 
Keep it simple. The less the better. Use quality ingredients and do things they can't find anywhere else.
