Cool bro.
I'm in a struggle to get the temps up to grilling level perhaps I need to add a gas assist.

More air flow may be the key so it's back to Dr Sweetsmokes laboratory for a few mods I think.

Was able to keep it steady in the 75-80 range for cold smoking and got her up to 300 this evening but that was a struggle.
I think if I open the entrance from the fire box to the chamber a bit more it may help. Another thought was more intake at the door or closer to the front of the box.

Maybe an inlet under the firebox to get more airflow

Picked up a few bits today so I can add another intake to the back of the firebox. I'm seriously considering a gas assist.

Any advice on adding gas?
