Default Hard Core Pron!!! Steak Pron That Is

So I was on a steak binge for three nights straight

Started the night when I rec'd my Creekstone orders of Porterhouse and Cowboy Ribeye deliveries

Thick 28oz black angus porterhouse

Cooked on the Weber 22

Mind blowing good!

Following night was Cowboy ribeye from Creekstone again on the Weber

With grilled asparagus

Of course the ribeye

Served

Then the third night was a 40+ oz Tomahawk from my local grocery store and two Wagyu steaks as well.

Cooked up the Tomahawk first but decided to run my DCS to 800+ degrees this time

Then indirect

Served

Next cooked up the Wagyu ribeyes

Hadn't used the GrillGrates in a while

This blew the Tomahawk out of the water

Dug right in before I gave it to anyone

Thanks for looking!

Outstanding, Sako! You've been eating good, that's for certain.

I think steaks are on my menu this weekend.

Awesome stuff there, Sako. Looks like just S&P only? Going traditional?

Thanks Kanco!

I almost exclusively do s&p on steaks and only on rub I use is Oakridge Carne Crista. It was s&p as usual but I a added garlic and onion powder on the Tomahawk and the wagyus.
