For SoCal's only, this small Mex grocery chain has a very robust schedule.

$32 a case, roasted. From Melissa's, I only saw "Hot".

Very cool that they sell small trays of freshly (still hot) chiles @ $2 lb.

Finished roasting some of my own today, and freezing the ones Central Market already roasted for me.
Tomorrow: caramelize and freeze the 15 pounds of Hatch sweet onions I picked up today.
