We don’t do it often but we really enjoy it when we do
Small head cauliflower Instant Pot with stock 10 minutes fast release (get really soft)
Mash adding:
Butter
bacon
Cheese
Garlic
And sour cream optional

It’s good. Cool looking when you can find purple cauliflower

Sorry, but you have to use Michelob Lite for the low carb route, which begs the question: Why am I drinking this?

Roast some cauliflower in your smoker... cut it into florets, pour some oil over the florets and then sprinkle one of your favorite rubs over the florets. Cook until the cauliflower has softened and the rub has started charring

For low carb (or in my case, low WW points) sides turn to my air fryer. Buffalo Cauliflower bites, Broccoli or Brussel Sprouts. All air fry well,
