Safe to cook turkey at 190 degrees?
Put a turkey breast on when my pit was 300. 5 minutes later had to leave unexpectedly when I came back 50 minutes later pit was at 190 and meat at 78. I should be safe since the temp was above 180 right?

You're fine. Bump it up and keep cooking.
