I'd like to submit a zero I am very proud of. Curry spiced tamales using smoked chicken and pork shoulder, charred corn guacamole, fresh pico de gallo with a jicama and fuji apple salad. Actually one of my favorite creations since I started BBQ

What Throwdown was this from. I would've voted for it if I knew about it. Love me some Tamales!

Sometimes a Zero isn't the results of a poor looking dish but more a super looking dish by someone else.
