this post is for BBQ enthusiasts and competitive cooks in the NW Arkansas area. We are putting together a large KCBS-sanctioned Master Series Pro /Am event in Bella Vista Arkansas {next door to Bentonville, home of Walmart, JB Hunt, Tyson Foods, etc, etc.] There will be the KCBS Master Series competition, an amateur competition, Steak Cook-Off Qualifier, and youth competition qualifier as well as a large arts and crafts vendor area, product vendors, car show, kids area, etc, etc. We are replacing a very large arts and crafts fair which took place here for over 40 years, drew over 30,000 people over three days and is now permanently canceled. Our new event will be bigger, planned for August 3rd, 4th, and 5th of 2023. If you live locally and want to be a part of this, our first informational, organizer, and sign-up meeting will be next Thursday, September 29th at 6
