Little Diaper

I usually salt, pepper and complete season it and pan fry (high heat) to medium rare interior. Slice 1/4" cross grain. Delicious piece of meat. Works well on the grill as well.
 
We decide to do flank tonight. Seared in cast iron skillet on camp chef. Very hot skillet. This one was marinated for about 1/2 hr in teriyaki, soy, salt, complete seasoning and pepper. Had the first half tonight; next will be pepper stake later. Flavor can't be beat.
P.S. Don't discard the sauce!

I enjoy them marinated, grilled med rare with a board sauce
 
Sous vide with generic rub for 24 hrs at 128 degrees. Save the juice. Sear for color and carmelization on grill or super hot cast iron on stove. Slice and serve. Think fajitas.
 
SPOG, paprika. Stick it in a ziplock.

An hour before you cook it, pour a can of beer in, and a squeeze of lemon/lime.

Grill 5-7 minutes per side.

Slice against the grain and serve, OR chop into little pieces and serve on corn tortillas.
