Hey folks.. haven't been doing much BBQ lately.. so I haven't felt the need to post.. Picked up an order from the local farm the other day.. ordered $100 worth of sirloin steaks, 20lbs burger and 10lbs of pork chops!
today was steak day.. THESE THINGS ARE HUGE!!!!!.. Just salt, pepper garlic! Now they are a little on the thinner side.. just under 1" i would say.. So at this point.. I don't care to much about perfect doneness.. I still try to shoot for medium tho
