Smokin in Red Wing, MN

Hi everyone, I have been enjoying smokin with my smoker for just over a year and find it to be a very relaxing time. I have tried many kinds of meats, going to be trying a brisket this weekend, and find I interesting that Minnesota dosnot have a specific regional type of BBQ associated with it. I guess what sets us apart other than digging the snow out from the smoker to cook in winters is the great wild games we have access to during the year. Look forward to sharing and getting feedback from everyone.
