Default Crawfish and Oyster Po'Boy (no Q)

I have been eating a lot of Q lately, so I decided to do something different today.
Started by making a remoulade sauce. Mayo, whole grain mustard, ketchup, celery, green onions, capers, horseradish, hot sauce, worcestershire sauce, parsley, and some cajun seasoning.

then I breaded and fried the crawfish and oysters.

Time for assembly. It was a lazy Saturday, so I just used a store bought french bread. Heated up in the oven.

Throw in some beer, to wash down the crawfish and chocolate, and I would consider that living good.
