I'm fueling the hot chicken sandwich wars but--Responsibly!! :laugh:

Two big arse boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Ingredients

And for some extra crunch :heh:

Double dipped

I was at the cabin and it was way too cold (I know CA cold but still cold) to roll out the Yoder or even the PBJ. Sooo... I fried it on the side burner of my cheapo Charbroil grill previous owner had left

And done

Toasted some pretzel buns

Mayo, pickles

Made a hot sauce bath to dunk the breast in before assembling the sammich

And BAM!!

Super moist

One of the best I've made so far

I was watching a youtube compilation video of popeyes fights on Sunday and decided I had to run down to Popeyes to try the sandwich that is causing all the drama. No lines, no fights, no drama. Was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Not a bad sandwich but I just don't do too much fast food these days at all so probably no repeat any time soon. I like the look of yours much better fwiw.
