Hi everyone, I've been grilling/cooking for about 15 years or so. In the last handful I've really taken to enjoying smoking. My first pick up was a Pit Barrel Cooker which worked well for a couple years, moved to a Weber Smokey Mountain, and within the last year purchased a Blazn Grill Works Grid Iron. I have since given away the other two smokers to friends for housewarming gifts. I do my best to try new recipes and find new ways to improve my abilities.

Thanks for having me, I look forward to taking in plenty of the knowledge from this forum and trying to give out information when I can!
