Default ABT's, MOINK Balls, Spare Ribs, & Beef Ribs

After a very busy Fri & Sat, finally got to smoke'n something today. Started out Sat night getting the CG ready for an early start Sun morning. Loaded the charcoal basket and chimney with charcoal so I wouldn't wake the neighbors @ 5 AM today. By the way, love'n the expanded metal charcoal basket mod for the CG.

Got up a little late and started the chimney around 5:45 AM and loaded into the CG side firebox. Seasoned the spare ribs with a little salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cinnamon powder. Did the same for the beef ribs except for the cinnamon powder.

Loaded the CG:

Important PPE for cutting jalapeño peppers:

ABT's and MOINK Balls off the CG:

Beef Ribs are very juicy after a nice long rest in a cooler:

And the Spare Ribs were also very juicy after a nice long rest in a cooler:

All were very good!

Thanks for look'n.
