So I smoke my bacon in small batches to have them as fresh as I can. I was running out and smoked my next small batch with simple black pepper and one with Chili powder.
Well that was a breeze and my kamado was lonely plus I was hungry
:bounce: I have some ground up wild boar in the fridge. It's burger time. Made some patties real quick and slapped them on the kamado. Fast forward cheese on top..:hungry:
Ahhhhhh the cheddar!!!!!
Time to put them together. Don't mind the ketchup.:shock:
