Default Cored potatoes... who posted about those?

A few days ago, somebody posted something about coring, stuffing, wrapping and smoking a potato....

I’ve searched and searched... for at least 10 minutes...

Does anybody know who it was or the thread I’m talking about.

I’d love to try it.

VR,
Harold

It was a specific recipe posted here a couple days ago, but thanks. I will check the pit boys out.

Smokin Piney had that post........

An apple corer through the center of the potato makes a great way to stuff and flavor the potato with a lot less effort. Just cut the ends from the removed center of the potato to make a plug for each end.

Stuff them with cheese, sausage, vegetables, you are limited only by your imagination. Also works for for fruits and other vegetables as well.

They can also be wrapped in bacon of you desire.

These are called "Potato Bombs"
