Default More cold night comfort food!

Much the same as Ron L, I too had the craving for comfort food on a COLD night.

http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/sh...ad.php?t=75396

And just as he did, I wimped out and used the oven!

Cut up some veggies:

Boiled the veggies and some cubed chicken, tossed them in a roux then added chicken stock and milk to make the filling:

Tossed it all in a pie crust and covered it up:

Threw it in the oven for 30 minutes and Viola! It's Chicken Pot Pie

Served up piping hot with some bread and butter!

Lol! Mis-spelled on my part. Think French "Voilà!" like in "there it is" or "here you go".
