Dough/Crust is a lil Soft like Pizza. Probably use Crescent PopCan or Premade Pie Dough Next Time.........

Had some skillet fixins left after 8 meat pies so whipped up Jiffy cornbread mix, poured skillet stuff on top and baked, just covered in cheese and put back in for a cpl minutes....... I need to Clean my Oven it seems......

Meat pies are famous in Natchitoches, LA. Wife and I spend a weekend making huge batches and freeze them for quick lunches/dinner. They are a pain to make from scratch, but man their good. I like your quick dough version. Thanks for sharing!
