Good luck with that cook! I know all too well the sleepless nights keeping the fire stoked, especially when it's cold out. Hopefully, it all goes as planned.

looking good ... I have cooked one the Saturday after Thanksgiving the last few years, but this year I think it will not happen due to working overtime at the refinery.....
