The favorite meats to ME that I SMOKE are....
1a-Chicken Leg Quarters
1b-Split Chicken Breasts
2-Pork shoulder/butts
3-Pork Tenderloin

And the list goes on and on and on.Grilling is another matter altogether.

Smoking would be Butts, Pork Ribs, Pork Chops (My wife and I absolutely love smoked chops and it's a short easy cook)
on the grill though gotta love that bbq chicken!

My preference for my food is 1. pulled pork, 2. ribs and 3.turkey. The ribs might be the people's choice, but I always want my pulled pork to rock.

Brisket, spare ribs, and pork shoulder. A close third would be beef ribs or wings.

IMO Beef Ribs, Chicken Wings and Prime Rib.

Not that my briskets and ribs suck I just prefer those three over the others.

I cook chicken, pork ribs, butts and briskets almost weekly during the competition season. On the rare occasion that I fire up a drum at home I am usually cooking beef ribs.
