Thank you mattmountz. I've gotten better at rolling out the dough but not that good. The first oue I did looked something like the continent of North America.

Thank you diggles. Here is the recipe which I got from a guy who goes by Philpom. This is straight out of his recipe posted on another site. (My comments in parenthesis)

"This is my go to recipe for pizza. (I go to my wife for it!) From 1 batch I can get 2 large or 3 medium pizzas.

1 cup of water (warm)
3 tbs olive oil
1/3 tsp salt
3/4 tsp sugar
3 cups of all purpose flour [substitute 1 cup with whole wheat if you want]
1 1/2 tsp instant (bread machine) yeast

Add the ingredients according to your bread machine and use the dough mode or just stop it and pull the dough before your machine starts to bake it like bread. (I just use my Kitchenaid mixer)

Depending, break it into 2 or 3 equal parts, roll it out with a pin on a smooth floured surface, dress and cook that pizza! I use plenty of flour when rolling them out. Roll it pretty thin, 3/16 maybe."

That looks great, YUM! What was the sauce you used? It looked almost like a mole.
