My apologies it's my first throwdown submission and I've never been good at the following the rules. This pie doesn't qualify, I made it in the oven.

Cook thread - https://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/s...d.php?t=286533

This pie had a roasted garlic olive oil base, fried red skin potatoes, carnalized onions, bacon, mozzarella, parmesan and when done I drizzled a tzatziki sauce over the pie.

Default Entry #2

Here is my second entry for the Special "National Pizza Month" throwdown.
Please use the last pic for the judging.

For my B-Day last Sunday I indulged myself with pizza on the drum smoker.
I piled them high with my usual overabundance of toppings: Ground Beef, Pepperoni, Canadian Bacon, American Bacon, Sausage, Salami, Freshly Roasted Green Chiles, Pickled Jalepenos, Mushrooms and lots of Mozzarella and Sharp Cheddar.

This is gonna be one seriously difficult to pick a winner from throwdown. All the pizzas in this thread are outstanding and the talent of the Brethren shines through once again!
