Instead of hiring a professional moving company to move our things into a storage facility, I went with the family hookup and he dropped my Smokefire EX6!!! [emoji35] Fortunately, it fell against the moving truck instead of hitting the ground but it still damaged the lid assembly, lid handle and grease catcher. No insurance. No bonding. I was stuck until I called Weber who told me everything was under warranty and that they would send me all the parts at no charge! [emoji50][emoji1488] [emoji817] As has been my experience with Weber in the past - they rock!!! My parts should be here this week. [emoji4]
