Default Hey Ya値l from Twisted Horns

I wanted to stop in and introduce myself and my Shirley Fab double barrel trailer. I am an extreme BBQ lover from TX who has retired from the military a settled into a new job that is moving me to the midwest to KCBS land. Looking forward to it. I have been following this site for years and it has a breath of knowledge from a multitudeof different people so I wanted to take the leap and join. 😀 i look forward to the good discussions. Smok弾m if you got弾m.

I tell you what, these Shirley boys know how to craft a smoker, among many other things. This thing is a beast. It doesn’t use much wood but holds temp great and for a long time without having to continually feed it. It was a retirement gift to myself when retiring from the military after 22 years. Love it!!
