Those look AMAZING Sako!!! I don't do cheese whiz on a cheese steak sammich either so I decided to make my own cheese sauce with some melted sharp cheddar and pepperjack. SO FRIGGEN GOOD!!!

These look great. I made some last weekend that turned out really good. I through some hatch chiles in there which was a nice addition.

Looks great. Thinking of making some from the cheap thin spares I smoked last week. Likely not authentic but peppers and cheese could only improve the cut rate meat.
