Default Food safety site

This is a link to a government food safety site which I found very informative.

Joe

Phil's response to Mista was related to answering a poll question.

I don't see the connection, so please spell it out for me!!

Joe... It looks like Phil's response to Mista has been deleted, so I can't go back and look at it to see how it applies to Dakaty's post. Can you please spell out what you are referring to so that the rest of know if these types of posts are OK in this forum?

Thanks!

I will try to spell it out,as you say.
The idea is to get peoples first response on what they think or believe is proper procedure or practice. Spending time to study in order to answer to a first response kind of nullifies the whole concept. This is what the Poohbah basically responded to mista. I tried to make Phils post a "Sticky" because it was so good. But I am still learning the software here, so I ask for patience or forgiveness, whichever is necessary.
