I love bourbon, and bacon, but together? Not sure if i could being myself to do that to a glass of good bourbon. If Someone has tried this let us know how it is. May be good in bbq sauce, but i'm not sold on drinking it yet.

On Diner drive ins and dives. Guy went to some place that did that. they made it up about 1 pint at a time. he appeared to like it, but I have not seen it on Big Bite where he makes a drink to go with every meal, so either he did not like it or he is saving it for something special.

I'll stick to chasing the bacon with some fine bourbon. Speaking of bourbon, last weekend I was treated to one of the best. Pappy Van Winkle's 20 year old Family Reserve. If you ever find yourself with some extra cash or better yet if your ever offered any like I was, don't pass it up.

Dang, that reminds me. I have a quart of Bacon Vodka in the freezer that needs to be strained. I use coffee filters though.

Bacon Bourbon. Why not?

I love bourbon and bacon, and was thinking of making some bourbon flavored bacon. Now I can have the best of both worlds!
