Beautiful Spring day yesterday. Smoked these Potatoes and some Chickens.

Did you cook the potatos in a regular oven for the first cooking or were both cookings done in the smoker?

Both times in the smoker. Thick sliced piece of Bacon, too. They were pretty dang good.

Love twice baked smoked potatos. Did some myself a couple of weeks ago using a little Hickory Bacon Salt...
