Potatoes cooked in the smoker, topped with brisket chili, cheese and sour cream. Thinking about selling these. What do you guys think?

That looks great! I am sure you have trained all the folks around you what brisket is, so you oughta sell a lot of them. I might just have to drive down there and check them out.
