Anybody using a Stumps monster for competition or catering. Pros and cons please. Thanks

Great pit, haven’t used in contests but have used for catering. Recovers very fast after opening the door for the size of the pit. Very even heat throughout with the adjustable tuning plates. The only downfall I found was cleaning the bottom of the pit out, you have to remove tuning plates which can be a chore and very messy. Hope this helps
