So had to try some strange!













Rub was good

but the garlic butter/rosemary on the Mediterranean chicken was awesome

Am i looking at that thermometer backwards, or does it really say 191 instead of 161?

yes its 191.... and things were just fine... my life cooking chicken says you can get crispy skin and not dry things out!
