13 hour brisket commercial

I have it running in the background at work and am lloking for pop ups every once in a while. :-D
 
Try using two screens on two pcs, and refresh every 30 seconds or so.....
 
LOL this commercial always makes me want to run to Arbys for some awesome smoked brisket. :-o
 
Damn, I missed the first 4 hours. Hate coming in in the middle of a movie...

I've got it going too... I do wanna try their Brisket though. For a chain, they don't really make a crappy product.

the temp gauge in the video looks broken. all in all has anyone seen the meat actually change at all? i think it's just a looped video of some smoke being lightly blown around.
 
Looks the lithe front left corner of the flat has curled upward some since this morning...
 
it changed.. can't read the #'s but it did go up a bit. Fire seems pretty close to the meat too... can see some flames now and then off to the left
