Hello from Clifton Heights Pa.
Born and raised in Philadelphia. Moved just outside the city about 12 years ago.
I have grilled all my life and started smoking when I moved out of the city. I have mostly used cheep offset smoker/grill combos. I bought a Webber kettle last year and another offset smoker. I plan on buying a small insulated cabinet soon. The Redbox Smoker will probably be the one. I have always made very good ribs and chicken wings. I started doing porkbut this year and did o.k. hope to increase my abilities. Love the site and have actually visited over the years but just joined recently.
