Here's what I'd Cook for them.

Recipe Works for any type of beans. You will see the beans shocked by the instant pot for 10 and 10. You can go longer but I had 6 hours to cook the beans so I had time.

Tilting the lid lets in smoke and - especially if you drain and wash canned beans - it gets rid of that canned taste.
