He is. This isn’t his first go round on this kind of thing. A friend dropped by the other day while Jaxon was over and out of the blue he thought he’d contribute by saying “Eric, you should smoke your ribs at 250.” I think it’s the fire he likes....

DO = Dutch oven. Basically a cast iron pot. They make fine food.
