This was a “whatever was in the cabinet and you grabbed first” deal with the stuffing. Turned out real good and the chops were excellent including the tenderloin side. Bone in chops for stuffing is my fav and the bone gives you a definite stopping place when your making the pocket on em. Spinach, sweet taters, dried apples, onions, garlic, and of all things couscous. I used the couscous cause I didn’t have nothing to make bread crumbs out of or anything else for that matter except maybe some rice and this seemed better.
