Howdy...

I just cooked for the first time on one of my new eggs. Love it !

Made a small fire, added some hickory and let it burn for a couple of hours to get to know the temperature control. Found it to be very easy.

Then i opened the vents a bit more, added some argentinian chorizo sausages and closed the lid again. When the sausages were almost done i opened the bottom vent all the way to crisp em up a bit and grilled some ciabatta with chipotle butter as a side.

Mighty good eats !

That looks pretty good. You did the smart thing and played with the temp to get control of it. I think a lot of newbies to the egg just want to throw it on and do a 600 degree sear on a steak and don't take the time starting off to learn the cooker.

That looks great. Digging the little garnis you threw on there too. Looks like you are off to a great start.

Looks good. I remember when my large egg was that clean.

SWEET!

Great addition to your arsenal there bro.

Very nice Pron and eats DM, as usual

Great pic and congrats again on the Eggs.

I've been using my a lot over the past few weeks and still can't believe
how great it holds temps and how easy it is to control.

Can't wait for to see more of your pics. as you get to know your EGG
