Default Certified Angus Bone-In Ribeyes

Came across these certified Black Angus Bone-in Ribeyes today at work and couldn't let them go. To go with the steaks we had salad and loaded baked potatoes. No beer this time :) Both steaks were seasoned with my steak seasoning.

Thanks for looking!
Mike

Not me lol Me and my wife both like them medium well - slightly pink with no blood.

Gotta love a good ribeye! I'm in the rare crowd as well. I really like Dizzy Pig Raisin' the Steaks rub or Montreal Steak Seasoning on mine.

That is truly a fine looking piece of meat both raw and cooked but it almost doesn't matter what kind of rub or seasoning was used to make the finished product look that way. A little wooshy combined with almost anything will do that.
